Ingredients:
- Rice 2cups
- Moong dal 1/2 cup
- Ghee 5tsps
- Sugar 1cup
- Jaggery 1cup
- Cashew nuts Fist full
- Kissmiss Fist full
- Dry coconut Fist full(pieces)
Preparation:
- Heat the pan and add ghee and fry cashew nuts,kissmiss and dry coconut and place aside.
- Now in the same pan fry moongdal,rice and cook it until the rice is done by adding water to them.
- Then add sugar and jaggery.Cook it well
- Finally garnish with fried cashewnuts,kissmiss and coconut.
- Serve hot.
