Crispy Rice balls

Ingredients:
  •     Boiled rice 1 cup
  •     Onion 1
  •     Green chillies 4-5
  •     Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  •     Rice flour             2 ts
  •     Cumin powder 1 tsp
  •     Bread slices      3 to 4
  •     Cooking oil for frying
  •     Salt to taste
Method:
  1. Mix all the ingredients in cooked rice except cooking oil.
  2. Mashed properly and prepare a smooth mixture.
  3. Make small balls of equal size.
  4. Heat oil in a cooking pan.
  5. Deep fry till golden brown.
  6. Crispy rice balls are ready.
  7. Serve hot with chilli sauce and ketchup.
