Ingredients:
- Ladyfingers (bhindi) 500 grams
- Oil to deep fry
- Salt to taste
- Gram flour (besan) 2 tablespoons
- Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Chaat masala 1/2 teaspoon
- Dry mango powder (amchur) 1/2 teaspoon
- Cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Slice lady finger into thin strips.
- Put the bhindi in a bowl,add salt,besan,red chilli powder,chaat masala,amchur and cumin powder and mix well, crushing lightly.
- Drop the slices into the hot oil and deep fry on medium heat till golden and crisp.
- Drain on absorbent paper.Serve hot.
