Bhindi raita

Ingredients:
  • Ladyfingers (bhindi) 100 grams
  • Oil to deep fry
  • Yogurt 2 cups
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilli powder a pinch
  • Cumin powder a pinch
Method:
  1. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai (wok) and deep fry bhindis till crisp. 
  2. Drain and place them on absorbent paper.Whisk together yogurt,salt,red chilli powder and roasted cumin powder.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator for half an hour.Add three-fourths of the fried bhindis to the yogurt mixture just before serving.Mix.Garnish with the remaining fried bhindis and serve immediately.
