Ingredients:
- Chicken 1kg
- Rum 1/2cup
- Lemon Juice 2tbsps
- Chilli sauce 1/2tsp
- Salt to taste
- Pepper 5tsps
- Oil 4tsps
- Butter 4tsps
- Chopped Garlic 6
- Rub the chicken pieces in salt and pepper and set aside.
- Now melt butter and oil in a pan and fry the chicken pieces until brown.
- Then add chopped garlic and fry till golden.
- Lower the heat and add 1/4 cup rum,chilli sauce,lemon juice.
- Cook on low heat till the chicken is tender.
- Before serving add the remaining 1/4cup of rum and cook for 2-3 minutes more.
