Ingredients:
- Onion 1
- Red chillies 4
- salt to taste
- Tamarind lemon size
- Jaggery 1/2tsp
- Mustard seeds 1/4tsp
- Cumin 1/4tsp
- Red chillies 1
- Curry leaves 1/2 sprig
- Soak tamarind in water first.
- Meanwhile cut onions in to small pieces (no too small) put it in a bowl,add salt,fried red chilles directly,also tamarind,jaggery and mix and squeez well till red chillies turn into small pieces.
- keep adding water according to the sourness of tamarind and the mixture must be in a broth consistency.
- Now heat oil in a pan for tadka.when oil is ready add cumin,mustard eeds,redchillies,curryleaves.
- Let them splutter and mix this tadka to the prepared onion mixture.
