Chicken in wine

Ingredients:
  • 1 kg chicken-boneless,cooked and diced 
  • 1 cup milk 
  • 1 cup cream 
  • 2 tbsp all purpose flour
  • 2 tsp butter 
  • 1 tsp salt 
  • 1 tsp chilli powder  or black pepper powder
  • 2 tbsp white wine
Method:
  1. Mix the butter into the all purpose flour and keep aside. 
  2. Heat the milk and cream,bring to a boil and add the all purpose flour mixture. 
  3. Add the chicken, salt and chilli powder 
  4. Simmer for a minute or so. 
  5. Add the wine and cook for 5mints in a simmer and serve hot.
