Ingredients:
- 1 kg chicken-boneless,cooked and diced
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup cream
- 2 tbsp all purpose flour
- 2 tsp butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp chilli powder or black pepper powder
- 2 tbsp white wine
- Mix the butter into the all purpose flour and keep aside.
- Heat the milk and cream,bring to a boil and add the all purpose flour mixture.
- Add the chicken, salt and chilli powder
- Simmer for a minute or so.
- Add the wine and cook for 5mints in a simmer and serve hot.
