Ingredients:
- 3 cups coriander seeds
- 2 cups dry red chilllies
- 4 tbsp peppercorns
- 4 tbsp mustard seeds
- 4 tbsp cumin seeds
- 4 tsp fenugreek seeds
- 2 tsp asafetida
- 1 ½ cup curry leaves
- 1/2 cup dry coconut flakes
- 2 tsp oil
- In a kadai heat 2 tsp oil over a medium flame.
- Fry all the ingredients seperatly.
- Let them cool for some time and make a fine powder using mixer.
- Store it in a air tight vessel.
