Rasam powder

Ingredients:
  • 3 cups coriander seeds
  • 2 cups dry red chilllies
  • 4 tbsp peppercorns
  • 4 tbsp mustard seeds
  • 4 tbsp cumin seeds
  • 4 tsp fenugreek  seeds
  • 2 tsp asafetida
  • 1 ½  cup curry leaves
  • 1/2 cup dry coconut flakes
  • 2 tsp oil
Method:
  1. In a kadai heat 2 tsp oil over a medium flame. 
  2. Fry all the ingredients seperatly.
  3. Let them cool for some time and make a fine powder using mixer.
  4. Store it in a air tight vessel.
