Ingredients:
- Tomatoes 1
- Oil 1tsp
- Curryleaves 1/2sprig
- Mustard seeds 1/2tsp
- Cumin seeds 1/2tsp
- Redchillies 2
- Turmeric powder pinch
- Salt to tatse
- Tamarind pulp 1tsp
- Gingergarlic paste 1/2tsp
- Cilantro fist full
- Rasam powder 1tsp
- Heat the oil in a pot and add cumin seeds,mustard seeds and let them splutter.
- Now add red chillies,turmeric powder,curry leaves,tomatoes and tamarind pulp.
- Let them cook until the tomato becomes soft and mashy.
- Later add ginger garlic paste and fry for a while until raw smell goes off.
- Now add 1 1/2 glass of water and let it boil in a medium flame for 15mints.
- Add salt and rasam powder,cilantro and boil another 5mints and turn off flame.
