Ingredients:
- 1cup chicken(boneless)
- 1cup onion(chopped)
- 2tbsp ginger paste
- 2tbsp garlic paste
- 1tsp soya sauce
- 1tsp green chilli sauce
- 1capsicum(julienne)
- 5 to 6 chillies(julienne)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1/2tsp sugar
- Heat oil in a pan. Add onions, garlic and ginger paste. Fry till they are cooked.
- Add chicken chunks and stir well.Add sugar,soya sauce,salt,pepper,green chilli sauce,chillies and capsicum.
- Cook for a minute and serve.
