Ingredients:
- 2 large potatoes
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1/4 tbsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- Salt To Taste
- Peel and cube the potatoes.Heat oil in a pan and add turmweric powder and aloo (potatoes).
- Cook and Fry aloo in a low flame for 10mints until potato tenders soft and crispy.
- Finally add salt and red chilli powder.
- Can be served as a side dish for sambar and its a great combination.
