Ingredients:
- Green Plantain 1
- Besan Flour 1 cup
- Rice flour 5 tsps
- Chilli pwdr 1 tsp
- Baking soda 2 pinch
- Salt as needed
- Ajwain 1 tsp
- Take a mixing bowl,add all the ingredients except plantain.
- Add water slowly and make it into a thick batter.
- Now dip the sliced green plantain and deep fry it in the oil.
- place the fried fritters on a tissue so that excess oil absorbs.
- Serve hot with your favourite ketch up
