Ingredients:
- Shredded Coconut – 1 cup
- Green Chillies – 4
- Curry Leaves – 1 sprig
- Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
- Oil – 1 tbsp
- Asafoetida – pinch
- Mustard Seeds – 1/2 tsp
- Dry Red Cillies – 1-2
- Coriander seeds - 1/2tsp
- chana Daal – 2 tsp
- Salt – to taste
- Tamarind – to taste
- Heat oil in a pan and fry green chillies and place aside.
- Now take these fried chillies,coconut shredded,tamarind,cumin seeds in to mixer jar and make it to a fine paste.
- Heat oil for tempering and add the cumin and mustard seeds,chana dal,red chillies,asafoedita,corainder seeds followed by curry leaves.
- Remove and add this to the chutney. Mix well and serve.
